* Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and other activities as needed.
* Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and other learning programs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting as a teaching assistant.
* A genuine passion for education and supporting student development.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
* Basic understanding of child development and educational practices.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.
* A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable but not essential.
