As a Sales and Aftersales Administrator, you will support a high-quality and exclusive customer care service. Working alongside the sales teams you will liaise with customers developing long lasting, fruitful relationships.
What does the role involve?
* Help our customers with the administrative process before, during and after a vehicle purchase.
* Working closely with parts and service to manage ETA of accessories with vehicles being booked into the workshops.
* Taking part in miscellaneous dealership duties.
* Having administrative experience in a sales supporting role would be desirable.
* Updating and maintaining the CRM system.
* Co-ordinating with and assisting the Sales Team.
* Co-ordinating with other members of the Operations team to ensure customers’ orders are fulfilled on time.
* Handling general queries from customers and suppliers.
* Performing market research to help populate the CRM system.
* Aftersales support.
* Process and support the resolution of customer complaints.
* Administration support for the Training Department.
* Assist with other tasks as needed.
What do you need to succeed:
* You’ll have previous administration customer facing experience preferably in the Automotive/Machinery/Retail industry.
* Processing orders taken via telephone and email onto the sales system.
* You’ll have the drive and passion to succeed.
* You’ll have a true passion for customer care, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
* You’ll be able to absorb information quickly and effectively communicate this with your peers and customers.
* You’ll be a confident communicator who can engage and build relationships with customers quickly.
* Ability to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner.
* Aptitude to follow processes and procedures accurately.
* Computer literacy and numerical skills.
* The ability to prioritise and meet customer deadlines.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Self-motivation, initiative, and a high level of energy.
Job Type: Full-time
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm and alternative Saturdays with one day off in the week.
