We provide the repairs and maintenance service in approx. 4,500 Dover District Council properties. Services provided include: Responsive repairs, Voids, Disabled adaptations, External and major work, and Kitchens and bathroom refurbishments.
About the Role:
As a Glazier, you will be working alongside Dover District Council providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
You will be out supporting residents with repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from ‘job’ to ‘job’, on our day-to-day repairs contract. This role involves undertaking high standard general repairs and refurbishment activities to housing properties, delivering best-in-class customer service, and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards.
Role Criteria:
* Previous glazing experience
* Preferable to have social housing experience
* UK Full driving licence
* Good communication skills
