Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students in accordance with the school's curriculum guidelines Use a variety of teaching techniques to cater to different learning styles and abilities Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to promote their achievement Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance and assessment data Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to discuss student progress and address any concerns Requirements Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification in Maths education Proven experience teaching Maths in a primary or secondary school setting Strong subject knowledge and the ability to effectively impart this knowledge to students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs and abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively plan and deliver lessons Salary Paid to scale on MPS/UPS Application To be considered for this Maths Teacher position please forward a CV as soon as possible.
