The People and Organisation Service is looking to appoint a Human Resources Assistant to cover maternity leave. The post holder will provide support and assistance to managers, headteachers, governors, and staff on a range of HR matters. The postholder will be required to provide advice to staff on HR matters such as contracts, pre-employment checks, leave entitlements, etc. Training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Good interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as precise attention to detail, are essential for our team, as is a full understanding of the need for absolute confidentiality.
