Your Roles and Responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for customers who need support, via the phone, email, post or via live chat Providing comprehensive support, to ensure that customers can utilise the services provided without issue and giving advice on matters relating to payments, certifications, cancellations and system queries Working with internal departments to resolve queries related to both finance and sales, supporting on matters such as payment agreements Seeking ways to improve customer journeys Seeing customer queries through to conclusion Ensuring that productivity targets and work-related objectives are met Developing and maintaining working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including customers, colleagues and suppliers when required Encouraging a positive business reputation and seeking opportunities to ask customers to leave Trustpilot reviews when appropriate Undertaking ad-hoc admin work as needed and supporting the team by switching between customer service workflows as required What you will need to Apply: The ideal candidate for this role will ideally have previous experience in customer service, and most importantly possess really strong communication skills both in verbal and written form, particularly in handling a wide variety of situations, sometimes difficult in nature, to show diplomacy and integrity. Candidates should have a great aptitude for computer systems and IT, alongside applications and operating systems, with a strong ability to learn further platforms when required. Applicants will be able to demonstrate a friendly demeanour, alongside a diligent and organised approach to work, ensuring that customers feel reassured and content with the service provided. A problem solver and quick thinker is what is needed for this role.
