About the Role:
This position offers an opportunity to work within the finance function of a leading multinational organization, supporting sales and marketing operations while partnering with broader business units. The role focuses on supply chain management, financial analysis, and operational improvements.
The Product Supply and Distribution team is responsible for:
* Managing pricing applications, rebate structures, and commercial agreements.
* Overseeing direct-to-pharmacy supply to ensure product availability.
* Collaborating with global supply chain functions on replenishment and forecasting.
This role provides valuable exposure to various finance and supply chain functions, offering opportunities to drive process enhancements and cost efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and optimize supply chain efficiency.
* Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support logistics and product supply functions.
* Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
* Improve data analysis processes for better accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to align with business objectives.
* Support stakeholders in leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operations.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and supply chain management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within product supply or logistics.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
* Ability to multitask and manage projects in a dynamic environment.
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
* Knowledge of supply chain management principles is advantageous.
