Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Administrative Assistant with previous experience in Oil & Gas projects.
Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative and coordination support for the general day-to-day running of the business.
* Providing logistics support to the project team.
* Assisting with facilities management including the management of subcontracts for the day-to-day running of the offices (cleaning, IT, catering, etc.).
* Supporting with HSE administration & record keeping ensuring the business is compliant at all times.
* Administration support for the Quality Management System including support with internal and external audits.
* Support HR function with personnel processes and associated administration.
* Support business function to ensure training and competency is maintained and up-to-date and coordinating required training.
* Support Business Development function with sales and marketing admin support.
* Management of company travel/visa requirements.
* Raising purchase orders, etc.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role with an engineering company would be an advantage.
* High level of MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Familiarity with relevant technical documentation and drawings.
* Effective communicator with ability to liaise with Client contacts, including site-based personnel, technical discipline staff, and project management.
