Job summary To provide efficient and comprehensive secretarial and administrative support within the Dermatology and Plastic Surgery Department. To perform all allocated secretarial and administrative tasks required to meet the needs of a very busy service. Main duties of the job Validation of patient pathways on eTrack, deal with queries from data quality. Deal with telephone enquiries both internal and external. Provide administrative support to Clinicians and Nursing colleagues. Request/cancel clinics as and when required using ClinicManager system. Dealing with emails in generic mailboxes. The daily use of excel reports using PowerBi system.
