As a Studio Manager based in our Warwick office with flexible hybrid working, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Managing the workflow through the studio, prioritising activity in line with business objectives and bringing in support where required to ensure pace of output and delivery to deadlines
2. Coaching and managing a team of creative professionals to help them achieve their potential
3. Assessing and clarifying briefs before planning, allocating the right design resource to the project
4. Project managing larger jobs through the Studio – from briefing to delivery - to ensure deadlines are met
5. Supporting Marketing teams in the production process for large scale print jobs, including brochures, working closely with print suppliers and marketing teams to deliver against briefs
6. Providing creative and art direction input when necessary to ensure brand alignment and high-quality delivery, tracking and reporting on studio performance
This is a full-time, permanent role working Mon-Friday 40 hours a week, with 3 days in the office, with flex remotely 2 days a week.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
1. Previous creative background and people management experience is essential
2. Experience managing briefing processes from brief to creative delivery, managing workflows to deadlines
3. Graphic design/motion graphics background would be highly preferable
4. Motivating and driven to support the team, passionate and commercial acumen
