We are currently recruiting for a Social Media Manager to join our established and experienced Comms team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. Your role As the Social Media Manager at RSA you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy in a way that elevates RSA’s entire social media presence. You will create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for all social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics, working with and supporting colleagues across the function. You will work closely with colleagues in communications and marketing to plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will ensure effective community management by monitoring, respond to, and engage with followers and clients across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner. You will collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer service teams as well as colleagues at our parent company Intact to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all touchpoints. You will promote the company’s values, mission, and vision through authentic and compelling social media content. About you To be successful in this role you will have in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics alongside a genuine passion for all things digital. You will have a creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and original content, with good writing, editing, and communication skills. You will have a good understanding of digital marketing and communications concepts and strategies. You will have good organizational and project management skills. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. You will have familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). As well as knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and online marketing channels is essential. What we offer you At RSA we put our people first.
