Salary: Dependent on experience and pay scale level
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm (term-time only)
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm
Are you a dedicated and passionate teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are recruiting for an SEN Teacher to join a specialist school in Ormskirk, supporting primary and secondary-aged pupils.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN.
* Support students with a range of additional needs, including emotional, social, and academic challenges.
* Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and external agencies to ensure positive outcomes for pupils.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment to encourage engagement and growth.

Key Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching students with SEN, ideally across primary and secondary age groups.
* Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
* A commitment to promoting the well-being and success of each student.
