Our day services support people who have Learning Disabilities and/or Autism with high levels of need. This is an opportunity to be part of a service which makes a real difference to the lives of those people and their families.
About the Role
Our drivers are responsible for preparing and driving specially adapted vehicles to bring wheelchair users and people who have mobility problems and other needs to and from our services.
During time between driving duties you will act as a support worker in the service. Support worker duties include helping people to take part in groups, assisting with personal care and working with the team to ensure each person who attends get the best experience possible during their time here.
You can expect:

* Specific vehicle competency checks and relevant training
About You
To apply you will have:
* A full UK driving licence
* Care experience (preferred but not essential)
* Transferable skills
* The ability to work in a physically demanding role
