CRM & Email Marketing Manager Role Overview: The CRM & Email Marketing Manager will lead strategic initiatives in email and SMS marketing, shaping customer retention strategies and championing consumer insights. From planning and executing campaigns to fostering customer loyalty, this role offers the opportunity to take email & CRM to the next level, driving significant growth. Essential Skills for the CRM & Email Marketing Manager: Proven experience in lifecycle email marketing or multi-channel CRM, ideally within a global DTC business. Strong proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights. Expertise in Klaviyo and Shopify platforms would be ideal.
