About the role
We have a phenomenal role here for a Business Change Assistant to come join our team!
You'll be supporting your manager in implementing transformation and continuous improvement across Clothing!
Collaborating with the Central Insight & Transformation team, Merchandising & Buying teams and customers across the wider business you'll be supporting the Home & Clothing Transformation team to deliver change and improvements covering technology and ways of working.
You will be responsible for
* Responsible for project and portfolio administration.
* Coordinating documentation of standard methodology, working towards documentation of all key processes.
* Maintaining governance documents and reporting with the support of the Change Manager.
* Leading colleague communication and engagement through email and meetings with the support of the Change Manager.
* Engaging with function colleagues to establish and maintain strong relationships & an understanding of their role & challenges, identifying and taking action on opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborating with colleagues across the business to support & facilitate capability improvements.
* Leading selected project streams - including set up & management of: project kick off, timelines, meetings, note taking, next steps, risk & action logs, customer management & governance.
You will need
* Understanding of Clothing Merchandising, Buying & Technical ways of working.
* Great problem solving skills - you'll need to proactively identify & assess problems and propose effective solutions.
* Strong, clear & concise communication skills and ability to adapt to different audiences.
* Great organisational skills - you'll be working across and prioritising multiple projects and requests.
* Ability to adapt and deliver as part of a diverse range of teams.
