Responsible to: Head of School/Assistant Head Teacher for Safeguarding, Wellbeing and Needs To support our growing school, we are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic SEN Administrator to join our successful school administration team. The Westminster School is a Special School catering for 275 pupils with moderate learning difficulties aged 7 to 19 years. We are seeking a highly organised, IT literate individual with extensive administration experience with GSCE Maths and English at Grade C. This role is fast-paced and multi-faceted, so the ideal candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and work well under pressure. School experience is not essential as a proven background in a different setting will be considered. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the SEN team as well as working as part of the wider administrative team. This is a hands-on role working to established processes and procedures without close supervision, other than that provided through working arrangements, methods and procedures. The position requires strong multitasking skills to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. A flexible approach to this role is essential to ensure the demands of the school are met.
