Job Purpose
We are seeking 2 part time, highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Administrators to oversee the administration of contracts and work orders for our Waste Oil and Hazardous Waste (WWS) division. The ideal candidate will facilitate contracts, amendments, pricing, and dispatch work orders efficiently, while also scheduling waste collection services and managing the setup and rollout of new contracts. This role requires strong communication skills, time management, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Contract Administrator main tasks will include:
1. Contract Management and Administration:
o Prepare, review, and process contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
o Ensure contracts comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
o Maintain a comprehensive contract database and track key milestones, renewal dates, and compliance deadlines.
2. Pricing and Work Orders:
o Develop and manage pricing structures in collaboration with sales and operations teams.
o Create and dispatch work orders for field teams for scheduled waste collections and services.
o Monitor work order completion and resolve discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
3. Scheduling and Coordination:
o Schedule waste oil and hazardous waste collections in coordination with customers and internal teams.
o Optimise collection schedules to maximise efficiency and reduce operational costs.
o Communicate with drivers, field teams, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
4. New Contract Setups and Rollouts:
o Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, including contract setup and account creation.
o Coordinate the rollout of services, including initial equipment deliveries and waste pickup schedules.
o Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction during the transition phase.
5. Customer Service and Communication:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from customers and internal departments.
o Address and resolve customer issues related to scheduling, billing, or service disruptions.
o Provide regular updates to management regarding contract performance and compliance.
6. Compliance and Documentation:
o Ensure all contracts and work orders align with industry regulations and safety standards for handling hazardous materials.
o Maintain accurate records of all contract changes, amendments, and communications.
o Support audits by providing required documentation and ensuring compliance with waste management laws.

Hours of work
Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week part time between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm. No weekends. Working pattern can be negotiated.
