As a Health Club Attendant, you are responsible for the cleaning and general maintenance of the health club and changing rooms to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Cleaning of the health club and changing rooms Uphold and enforce club policies and guidelines to maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming environment. Excellent attention to detail High standard of cleanliness Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest and member queries with a friendly and helpful attitude. Contribute to membership sales and the growth of the Health Club Report lost property, accidents, maintenance issues, or other incidents Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations What are we looking for? A Health Club Attendant serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: NPLQ or Pool Responder certification Fitness instructor Level 2 PT Level 3 First Aid Pool Plant Experience Committed to delivering a high level of customer service Excellent attention to detail High standard of cleanliness Ability to conduct oneself in a professional and helpful manner Previous gym and / or Health Club experience Excellent grooming standards Passion for fitness and wellness.
