Joining an established Senior Operational Management Team this new post will work flexibly across England supporting new services and initiatives, leading transformational change and supporting the rapid development of existing school nursing and wellbeing services. No two weeks will be the same Main duties of the job As Senior Operations Manager, you will have a Public Health Nursing qualification and a successful record of management and/or leadership delivering innovative and high performing health, care or wellbeing services in a public health nursing role. Ideally you will have experience of working with children, young people and family services in school nursing alongside significant experience in leading and managing people. You will also be an excellent communicator and be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders. The role is fully hybrid and will require frequent travel across our wider service locations and occasional overnight stays for which expenses will be paid. London weighting is also available if applicable.
