You will be based out of the Northampton office. They are completely open to the sector you have worked in, but you will need a strong background in recruitment, and experience in the Driving Recruitment sector would be great. This is a key role for the growth of the business.

1. Overseeing and managing recruitment campaigns.
2. Directly sourcing and headhunting talent using a range of tools.
3. Building and nurturing talent pipelines in line with our growth demands.
4. Promoting our employer brand and social media presence.
5. Managing recruitment processes, overseeing everything from client engagement to candidate placement.
6. Efficiently filling perm, temp, and temp-to-perm positions.
7. Meeting and exceeding targets by winning new clients and successfully filling their roles.
8. Collaborating with a high-achieving team to develop strategies and drive success.
