Role: Administrator
Location: City of London (Office based)
Rate: £14.00 – £15.50p/h
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Length of Role: 5 months
Our client is looking for an experienced Events Administrator to assist with their back office functions. The role will primarily be based around events, but they are seeking a team player that is happy to assist in other areas of the business when needed, including covering reception. This is a temporary role to start ASAP. Initially for 5 months, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm. Please be advised that this is an office based role.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Dealing with queries via telephone and email as well as face to face
* Inbox admin/management
* Customer service administration
* Helping with events administration
* Booking out relevant rooms / area’s
* Sending confirmation to managers of bookings
* Ensuring all paperwork needed is received from managers
* Ensuring managers give all visitor names in advanced
* Company tracker is updated each step of the way
The ideal person will have:
* Previous experience in the same or similar role
* Good level of IT literacy
* Sound and flawless communication and telephone skills are needed
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to liaise and work cooperatively with others
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
* Team player who is enthusiastic and happy to jump in where needed
