Job Title: 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Central Liverpool
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd line support to resolve technical issues and queries.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
* Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and systems.
* Collaborate with 1st line support to ensure smooth escalation of complex issues.
* Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on problem-solving.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a 2nd line IT support role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365 stack, and network troubleshooting.
* Other applications and technologies including virtualization, cloud support.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
