You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete an IT systems and networking – Cloud Network Specialist – Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Ensure that the customers receive the highest level of support
* Work closely with escalation engineers to help resolve more complex issues
* We will equip you with everything you need to know to support IT users
You will develop further skills through both technical training and hands-on, real-world experience.
Technical support is a big task, and this is a pivotal front-line role.
You will work alongside a professional team of IT support specialists and gain exposure to a wide array of different technologies and vital problem-solving skills.

* A willingness to learn and a strong passion for IT
* Full driving license [as visiting client sites will be a key feature]
Entry requirements:
The entry requirements for this Cloud Network Specialist programme are as follows:
* 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
* GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
Salary:
£12,000 per annum.

Working week:
Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm, with 1 hour for lunch. 40hrs per week.
Future prospects:
92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer ongoing development tracks.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
