Position:
We are offering a fixed-term/secondment opportunity for a Digital Service Support Officer – Hardware Replacement at Ailsa Hospital.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Hardware Replacement Programme across NHS Ayrshire and Arran.
* Assist in the Workshop as needed.
* Ensure the availability and efficiency of Desktop Hardware systems by replacing equipment promptly.
* Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:
An HND or equivalent experience in computing is essential, along with experience supporting Desktop Hardware and Software, especially Microsoft products.
Hours:
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
This is a fixed-term/secondment role until 31 March 2026.
