Keeping us connected to audiences across the world are our technology team, who enable us to do our jobs onsite by providing the network, infrastructure and systems for all departments to work effectively.In the position of Technology Operations Manager, you will develop and manage the IT service management framework, manage IT supplier reviews, and drive the governance of all IT Service Operations. You will lead a team to run, monitor, and repair enterprise applications and technical services with a focus on quality service delivery, team management and development, stakeholder communication and training.Our ideal candidate will be a confident leader with experience working in a fast-paced office environment with many time-sensitive demands. They will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills and a commitment to delivering a high standard of work. They will be able to demonstrate: Expert level knowledge in the key skills required for the role (as outlined in the JD) Practitioner level knowledge in the remaining skills for the role (as outlined in the JD) Proven experience in a technology operations leadership role Experience in leading a dynamic team of Service Engineers Strong understanding of service desk systems, and ITIL processesThe Royal Ballet and Opera is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment in which everyone can thrive.
