Communications Executive - Epsom, Surrey Job Type: Part Time - 20 hours £16,627.80, 20 Hours per week ideally over 4/5 days, based in Epsom, Surrey Are you someone who thrives on creating connections, delivering impactful messages, and contributing to a collaborative team environment? We are on the lookout for an imaginative, organised, and fast learner to take on a pivotal role in employee communications. As part of this exciting opportunity, you’ll primarily be based at Woodcote Park, our picturesque 350-acre country estate near Epsom, with occasional opportunities to work at our stunning clubhouse in Pall Mall, London. Much of our communication is digital, so you will need to know your way around creating content for websites and emails. Some knowledge of using a website CMS and Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly InDesign) would be very beneficial. Your Role Will Include: Liaising closely with colleagues, particularly in the HR, Learning & Development and Recruitment Teams. Developing plans and new ideas in consultation with colleagues from across the Club. Developing content for all our employee communication channels, including text, photographs and videos. Updating and developing the Club’s employee website. Creating the monthly employee e-newsletter and other emails to employees sharing information and announcements. Creating printed posters, guides etc for employees. Planning and managing the Club’s programme of face-to-face employee briefings. Presenting at the monthly employee induction days. About you: Enthusiastic, inquisitive, determined, diplomatic. Excellent writing skills, with attention to detail, accurate spelling and good grammar. An aptitude and eagerness to learn to use InDesign and our employee website's CMS.
