We have an exciting Locum opportunity within a Community Mental Health Team in Liverpool, where you will work with individuals experiencing serious and enduring mental health challenges. Your role will be key in supporting both service users and their families, promoting mental well-being, and guiding them on the path to recovery.

Responsibilities
7. Manage a complex caseload of service users with long-term mental health conditions
8. Assess and manage risks effectively, ensuring the best outcomes for service users
9. Provide casework supervision to other team members
10. Work collaboratively with service users, their families, and stakeholders to develop effective care plans
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
11. 1-3 years of experience in a similar mental health social work role
12. Degree/Diploma in Social Work and current registration with Social Work England
13. Strong knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Safeguarding, and Mental Health Act
14. Experience managing a complex caseload and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
