Overall purpose of the job
To support the Manager in the control of the store operating costs, stock replenishment, and staff, at all times working towards maximizing store profitability and productivity whilst protecting Company property, stocks, and moneys.
To manage or assist in the management of staff of a store so that collectively all objectives and store targets are achieved.
Duties include
* To train, manage the performance, and motivate the staff to the requirements of the Company so that all Business Objectives are achieved.
* Be responsible for the Company property, stock, and money and take corrective action where necessary without putting yourself, customers, or other members of staff at risk.
* Provide exceptional customer service, stock replenishment, cash handling whilst ensuring that standards are met in line with the Company.
* Ensure that Company banking procedures are adhered to at all times.

The successful applicant will be hardworking, enjoy working in a retail environment, and be expected to provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Package
* 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) per calendar year (pro rata for part-time employees).
