We’re looking for a dynamic Recruitment Resourcer (FTC) to join our mission in bringing top-tier sales talent to brsk. Ideally able to start immediately, you’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced, high-energy recruitment process, focussing on our high volume door-to-door sales roles and ensuring we attract only the best.
This isn’t your average role – it’s packed with variety! As part of the brsk People Team, your day will be filled with sourcing standout candidates, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and driving our hiring process forward. You’ll use your expert communication skills to get candidates excited about brsk, handle any objections like a pro, and spot the perfect fit with your eagle-eyed attention to detail.

Key Requirements
* You’ve got solid experience in high-volume resourcing or talent acquisition, whether from an agency or in-house background.
* Building relationships is second nature to you – you know how to connect with people and make an impact.
* You’re at your best in a fast-paced environment and take full ownership of your work, always pushing to deliver results.
* Organisation is your middle name – you’ve got top-notch time management skills and know how to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
* You bring the energy, enthusiasm, and passion for matching people with the right opportunities.
* Bonus points if you know the Manchester area well, helping us build recruitment activity in this region (but not a deal-breaker).
* You’ve got a reliable internet connectionand a home office set-up – ready to hit the ground running working primarily from home!
* Available for an immediate start - You will attend our induction training in Sale, Greater Manchester week commencing 24th of February then work from home thereafter.
Salary & Benefits
