We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Benefits Partner to join our organisation at an exciting time. Over the next 5 years we'll be investing £155 million in existing homes and new developments, so there is significant opportunity to create meaningful social value. This role will build upon our strong track record in delivering community benefits.
The Role
The purpose of this role is to maximise the impact of investment in our communities. The key responsibilities will involve:
* Coordinating community benefits from contracts to drive positive social outcomes.
* Building a staff volunteering programme that encourages and supports employee engagement.
* Supporting the development of proposals for a community volunteering programme to foster wider participation and lasting impact.
About You
You are passionate about driving social value and ensuring that communities benefit from housing developments, contracts, and investment programmes. With substantial experience in working with communities, you understand how to connect people, resources, and opportunities to create meaningful change.
You will be inspiring, committed, organised, and an excellent communicator excited to collaborate with your team, the wider organisation, communities, and partner organisations.
