Account Specialist - Respiratory
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Specialist to join our team in Devon and Cornwall.
Your role will be to act as a single point of contact for customers, working in partnership to facilitate the creation of solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement account plans for target Primary Care Networks, practice clusters, and individual practices.
* Promote the company's Respiratory Portfolio and increase revenues through local marketing plans and customer partnerships.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, including GPs, Practice Based Nurses, and other relevant decision makers.
* Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, NPS, project delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Hold an ABPI examination or be working towards it.
* Have a strong understanding of the NHS and customer priorities.
* Have a track record of delivering consistent sales results in accordance with set targets.
* Be an effective planner with skills in Key Account Management.
* Have business planning skills, including the ability to produce business proposals/cases.
* possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop long-term relationships across key customer groups.
* Have critical reasoning skills, capable of interpreting and using available data sources to enhance the effectiveness of customer planning.
