The role
As an Reporting Administrator, you will support our PMO Reporting Team by managing the JIRA ticketing system, PMO mailbox, and handling regular and ad hoc processes related to data deployment for stakeholders. Your role will be crucial in ensuring timely responses to tickets, carrying out data extraction and tidying processes, and supporting the development of report documentation and overviews.
This 12-month Fixed Term role provides an excellent opportunity to enhance your already strong Excel skills and transition into reporting and systems. You'll have the chance to collaborate closely with our Power BI team and explore SQL.
This is a hybrid role, based out of our lovely offices in Reading or Leamington Spa 3 days a week, with 2 days at home. We are keen to encourage all applications, so if you need any adjustments, please apply and speak to your recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure tickets raised via JIRA for PMO Reporting are responded to in a timely manner, and that the PMO Reporting Team are actioning where necessary
* Carrying out regular simple data extraction and tidying processes needed to facilitate reporting
* Working to reduce or automate common simple processes ahead of FTC ending, to ensure PMO Reporting can pick up with minimal impact
* Responding to ad hoc requests for basic assistance around navigating and using Power BI reports
* Support PMO Reporting Team on development of report documentation and overviews

Experience
* Strong experience in Office 365 tools such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Ability to multitask and manage various requests and stakeholders at any given time
* Data analysis experience and knowledge of Power BI / SQL desirable but not essential
* Background in Telecommunications being desirable but not a requirement
