Key responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, managing parcels and packages, monitoring security systems, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas.
* Meet and greet residents, visitors, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner.
* Respond to incoming enquiries efficiently and positively.
* Receive, log, and manage parcels, packages, and keys for residents.
* Monitor security and CCTV systems.
* Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
* Update resident details on the database and provide site procedures and services.
* Assist estate agents and prospective tenants with property viewings.
* Oversee move-in and move-out of tenancies.
* Program door entry fobs and key cards.
* Perform weekly fire alarm, lift alarm, and regulatory tests and inspections.
* Conduct site inspections and patrols, reporting any issues and taking a proactive approach to resolving them.
* Report maintenance and repair issues and assist the property manager with coordinating repairs.
* Experience as a porter, concierge, receptionist, or front of house team member.
* Delivering exceptional customer service.
* Awareness of general fire, health & safety, and security.
* Well-spoken with good personal presentation.
* Reliable, professional, and can-do attitude.
