* We require extensive experience in managing an ERP/EPM application, such as Oracle or SAP. Candidates should have knowledge of IT service, change, and application lifecycle management, including environment management. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will need to convey appropriate detail to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of seniority. Experience in business relationship and stakeholder management, as well as vendor and contract management, is also necessary. We are looking for candidates with people management and leadership experience.
* While not mandatory, we would appreciate familiarity with the following:
* Implementation and expert use of the entire Oracle Fusion platform.
* Implementation and expert use of the Oracle Primavera P6 platform.
* Integration of Finance, Projects (PPM), and Procurement applications with other information systems, including data flows and master data management.
* Data mastery for business intelligence reporting.
* Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the context of Oracle ERP and EPM applications.
* ITIL Service Management certification.
* Working within a SIAM framework.
* Managing IT in a secure, complex, and highly regulated environment.

* You should be able to work calmly and constructively in a changing priority environment while managing your own workload. A proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach is needed for meeting tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* In the role of ERP/EPM Application Owner, you will deliver a resilient support service to the business that meets user requirements and service level agreements. You will implement application changes in accordance with IS/IT processes, procedures, and policies, ensuring these stay within budget, time, and scope. You will maintain the application roadmaps with the Senior Application Services Manager and Head of Enterprise Applications, manage the application change backlog, and maintain the IT application configuration baseline and system architecture according to corporate specifications.
* You will work collaboratively with internal business customers and business relationship managers to prioritize and schedule work. Maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential, ensuring high levels of engagement, collaboration, and forward planning. Additionally, you will contribute to budget planning and support key auditing controls and any other reasonable duties aligned with your position as needed by the business.
