As a part of our team, you’ll become an expert advisor and an inspiration to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Getting to know every customer and their home improvement projects.
2. Providing excellent customer service, especially at the tills.
3. Assisting with sales, click & collect, and setting up displays.
4. Ensuring your store looks great.
Happy to help, eager to learn, and a bit obsessed with home improvement, you’ll be right at home with us. You’re friendly and outgoing, and you get a buzz from helping others. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’re great at working in a team too, and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
