We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator on a 3-month contract to help support the governance team and provide professional administrative support. As an Administrator, your main responsibilities will be: Arranging meetings with executive leads liaising with the personal assistants Arranging meetings for performance reviews between committee members Liaising with Estates and IT to oversee office reshuffles Review the bespoke portal and correct any information Booking meeting rooms for the committee Updating internal systems and using Excel to produce summary graphs from the information gathered Preparing meeting minutes from agendas and templates Improve the register of interests via the SharePoint site Skills and experience required for the role: Strong written and verbal communication skills IT literate, confident using Microsoft Office software Organisation Team player Professional Hours/Pay Rate: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 with an hour lunch, 4 days working on site and 1 day working from home. Paying £12.62 p/h
