Are you a commercially minded Retail Loss Prevention professional, passionate about preventing loss? If so, our client, a successful retailer, is seeking your services to support operations with compliance, people protection, fraud, and security across North and Central England.
You will provide an effective Loss Prevention service to the business, in relation to stock & cash loss, people, and premises by:
1. Conducting unannounced compliance audits and identifying areas of weakness and risk;
2. Analysing data;
3. Conducting and reporting on detailed investigations into internal theft;
4. Reviewing procedures and making recommendations and action plans;
5. Effectively driving shrinkage reduction initiatives;
6. Influencing, supporting, motivating, and training to increase compliance and loss prevention awareness and delivering best practice;
7. Specifying and monitoring the effectiveness of physical security equipment;
8. Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external partners.
You will possess great communication, influencing, and investigation skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to drive results. Previous Loss Prevention experience in a multi-site retail environment is desirable, together with excellent organisational skills and the willingness to travel and stay away, as required.
