As the DevOps Lead, you’ll head a talented team working on cutting-edge platforms that support critical energy operations worldwide. Azure Cloud experience is essential for this position.
What You’ll Do:
In this pivotal role, you’ll:
* Lead the Vision: Shape and implement a DevOps strategy to support scalable, secure, and innovative platforms.
* Build the Team: Mentor and guide a diverse group of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* Enhance Infrastructure: Oversee production, QA, and development environments to ensure reliability, scalability, and high performance.
* Automate and Optimize: Streamline CI/CD pipelines and embrace Infrastructure as Code to boost efficiency and security.
* Collaborate Globally: Work with teams across multiple countries to share knowledge, align on best practices, and drive improvements.
* Solve Problems: Tackle challenges around security, performance, and scalability with creativity and technical expertise.
What You’ll Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a DevOps leadership (managing and/or mentoring) role, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
* Strong technical expertise in Azure Cloud, containerization, automation scripting, and CI/CD pipelines. (essential)
* A problem-solving mindset and the ability to deliver solutions in fast-paced environments.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
* Bonus: Relevant certifications (Azure, DevOps, or similar).
