Role & Responsibilities:
* To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the utmost hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience.
* To ensure all complaints are minimized and handled professionally in accordance with hotel policy.
* To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual.
* Answering telephones, check-in and checkout of hotel guests.
* Dealing with guest queries.
* Cleaning of public areas.
* Set up or clear down from events and conferences.
* To ensure the safety and security of the building and guests throughout the night.
* Serving Food and Drink to the highest standard to our guests when required.
* Support Food and Beverage department in aspects of their roles.
* Support the Reception by preparing aspects of departure during the night.
* To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from guests in accordance with company policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
* To ensure good working relationships with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
* To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, and Emergency Aid.
