Greeting patients and visitors to the Practice, providing a high standard of customer service Answering telephone calls, ensuring calls are documented and directed appropriately Gathering information from patients to pass on to the Duty Doctor Booking, amending and cancelling patient appointments Signposting patients to the most suitable services including self-care and patient education events offered by the Practice Ensuring patient records are maintained on SystmOne Dealing with queries and concerns raised by patients Working collaboratively with other members of the Practice Team to support the patient experience when contacting or visiting the Practice
