Job Description
The duties of the Personal / Assistant will include
3. Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
4. Support directors with day to day business tasks
5. Handling company expenses and credit card receipts
6. Handling office communications, including responding to emails and phone calls.
7. Organising and maintaining files and records.
8. Sending out letters to tenants and booking inspections
9. Supporting team members with administrative tasks as required.
10. Helping to manage office supplies and equipment.
11. Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
12. Organising and coordinating office procedures and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant / Office Assistant should have:
13. A solid understanding of office management systems and procedures.
14. Previous personal assistant experience
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
16. Strong organisational and planning abilities.
17. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
18. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
