Main duties of the job Support the Learning & OD Managers to deliver the key OD learning and development activities aligned to our People Plan. Develop, facilitate, support and maintain a range of in-house core skills training programmes (e.g. Leadership Development, Organisational Induction, Coaching, Team Development) that reflect current and future workforce needs. Communicate, publicise, and promote OD learning and development activities through updating relevant intranet pages and ensuring that the quality of the pages is fit for purpose and comply with Organisation Governance requirements. Utilise a range of creative OD methodologies to meet the learning needs of the workforce. Where training needs are identified the post holder will be required to analyse and evaluate the range of learning and development options available and agree delivery styles e.g. e-Learning/classroom/self-directed/virtual and agree the appropriate training method based on the needs of the service area and learner.
