Job Purpose
Join our Energy Generation team, where you'll maintain, optimise, and repair our cutting-edge energy generation assets, including combined heat and power (CHP) engines, gas-to-grid systems, and associated equipment.
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring these assets operate efficiently and reliably, contributing to sustainable energy production.
This is a varied and hands-on position, where you'll work both independently and collaboratively, tackling diagnostics, maintenance, and innovation in renewable energy technologies.
As part of a supportive team, you'll also provide guidance to apprentices and contractors.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
1. Perform planned and reactive maintenance to optimise asset availability.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues using a range of data sources.
3. Collaborate with site operations to align power production with site needs.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety policies.
5. Participate in a standby rota to respond to emergency situations.
