VF Corporation is looking for an outstanding person with good administrative skills and a keen eye for detail to join our Master Data Operations Team in Calverton, Nottingham.
This role is essential in ensuring accuracy in our systems and ultimately impacts our customers, suppliers, and colleagues alike.

As a Master Data Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring data completeness and correctness within VF systems and databases.
How You Will Make a Difference
The Master Data Specialist position incorporates a variety of skills and responsibilities, including:
* Receiving new customer data and ensuring a smooth and correct transition to opening new customer profiles in the internal systems.
* Receiving data for existing customers to extend trading with other brands or to new premises of the customer and ensuring a smooth and correct transition to adding to the customer profile in the internal systems.
* Receiving data amendment requests for existing customers from internal teams and actioning with thorough checks and ensuring completeness of data.
* Receiving data for multiple existing customers on a mass scale and actioning with thorough checks and ensuring completeness of data.
* Driving for enhanced processes and providing input at internal meetings with team and stakeholders for continuous process improvement.
Skills for Success
* Excellent data entry and IT systems knowledge (experience in SAP & Microsoft Excel preferable but not essential).
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
* Previous experience in data entry or master data specifically preferable, but not essential.
* A brilliant work ethic with the ability to hit the ground running in this role.
* Professional communication skills, able to build relationships and work within a team environment.
* A growth mindset with the hunger to learn new skills, systems, and processes will enable you to be successful in adding value from day one.
