Join our One Great Team here at Haven as an AV Technician We are seeking passionate AV Technicians to join our Entertainment Team, delivering exceptional technical and stage support to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. Whether it be supporting in Haven's industry-leading theatrical productions or bringing-to-life innovative events and experiences. So, if you're passionate about 'behind the scenes' entertainment support & performing, we'd love to hear from you Key Responsibilities - Delivering high-quality technical operation; visual, lighting and sound. - Providing technical support for all daytime & evening events/productions. - Maintaining all technical equipment throughout the season. - Liaising with support team/national suppliers to rectify technical challenges. - Meeting with visiting acts to support with sound-check and set-up. - DJing within entertainment breaks and making announcements. - Interacting and engaging with Haven's guests & owners. - Only when necessary, supporting front-of-house as a cast member. Requirements Whilst we will provide the training and support required to ensure you are great at what you do - Candidates will have a passion for all things technical and be keen to gain further experience. - Whilst previous experience is preferred, training will be provided. - Our cast members are required to work 6 days per week - Hours will include evenings and weekends. Working hours are approximately 39 hours per week. Successful candidates will be required to provide 'right to work' documents to confirm they are 18 and can legally work in the UK. Additionally, successful candidates will be required to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
