We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Lettings Manager to join us and work along side our Director to support all Letting Management responsibilities for this brand new business opening in Perth. This is such an exciting time to join the business and presents an opportunity to have a real strategic influence on the future path of the business as it grows. The role will include management of properties across the Perthshire region so a full driving license is essential. This will be a fast paced role where no two days are the same but typical duties will involve the following: Manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings department. Generating new business. Efficiently coordinate and handle property maintenance jobs. Ensure compliance by overseeing and renewing safety certificates. Prepare lease agreements and ensure all related documentation in maintained to the required standard. Conduct rental valuations and provide advice to landlords and tenants. Manage your diary of appointments attending routine visits. Manage all enquiries via email, phone via social media. Manage the business social media accounts. Requirements: Proven experience in a lettings role is essential with a recognised qualification to carry out lettings work (or a willingness to secure one). Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and thrive under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and professional demeanour. Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable but not essential. You will be joining a vibrant business with a real ambition to take the Perthshire lettings market by storm and provide bespoke tailored services that really place landlords and tenants at the heart of what we do.
