Permanent Accounts Assistant job with an expanding company in Wilmslow.
Your new company
This company is continuing to grow as a group, and they are now looking to add to their finance team.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be working in a very busy team processing purchase and sales ledger invoices, resolving queries, chasing outstanding debt as well as VAT returns and bank reconciliation. As you develop and become more experienced, you will have the opportunity to assist with reports and month-end closure.
What you'll need to succeed
You will already possess some accounting experience, ideally in an accounts payable or accounts assistant role. With strong Excel skills, you will have a strong attention to detail and be organised. Being team-oriented, you will have a flexible and confident way as no two days will be the same, providing a challenging yet rewarding role.
