We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Objectives:
* Elevate brand awareness across digital channels, attracting new audiences
* Drive lead generation and sales through strategic digital campaigns
* Optimize conversion funnels to increase qualified lead conversions
* Foster customer relationships and build lasting loyalty
* Conduct performance analysis using data-driven insights
* Explore and evaluate emerging marketing technologies
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop marketing strategies aligned with Home Living Group's business goals
* Execute integrated digital campaigns across email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
* Manage SEO and PPC, continuously optimizing website content and structure
* Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies
* Create and distribute monthly digital newsletters and event invitations
* Measure and assess digital marketing performance
* Maintain a fresh and compelling online brand presence
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience
* Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, display advertising)
* Proficiency in marketing automation tools
* Advanced analytical skills with web analytics expertise
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Pay: £48,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
