Role Overview :
The Production Technician role in Milton Keynes focuses on supporting the manufacturing process in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The position is part of the Integrated Process Team (IPT) 3, which oversees filling and blending activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce sterile products using aseptic techniques in a cleanroom environment.
* Perform daily and routine environmental monitoring.
* Follow SOPs and batch instructions to complete tasks accurately.
* Participate in safety assessments, including COSHH and risk evaluations.
* Support cleaning and maintenance requirements in the production area.
* Flexibly train and work in other areas as needed.
Requirements:
* GCSE or A-levels (or equivalent) with an interest in a scientific field.
* Experience in manufacturing, ideally with knowledge of GMP.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
* Cleanroom experience is desirable.
* Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
