We are on the lookout for a motivated Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team If you thrive on providing excellent customer service and enjoy being the backbone of a sales operation, this role is perfect for you As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our sales processes run smoothly. Your day-to-day duties will include: Managing portals for our newly acquired nationwide customers. Processing all sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinating equipment and installations with precision. Handling new rental agreements and supporting related processes. Monitoring and tracking sales orders for accuracy and timeliness. Communicating effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to swiftly resolve any issues. Supporting the sales and service team with various administrative tasks. Keeping our CRM system updated with accurate customer data. Monitoring inventory and keeping the team informed on stock availability. Chasing overdue accounts to ensure timely payments. Building and maintaining positive relationships with all our customers. Ensuring all company processes and standards are adhered to. Staying updated on company products and procedures. To succeed in this role, you should have: Previous experience in sales support or administration. Confident and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in computer literacy, including CRM systems and MS Office, particularly Excel. The capability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Exceptional customer service skills, including problem-solving abilities.
